A wide range of possibilities

Your location with a future

Mixed use, attracting businesses that fit in with the town, creating sustainable jobs and implementing sustainability guidelines in construction, planning and operation: the municipality of Haar has set itself the goal of creating an attractive location.

The diverse economic structure with companies from a wide range of industries and the proximity to research and educational institutions promote a dynamic, synergistic business environment.

  • Office and commercial space for global players, medium-sized companies and smaller businesses
  • Research facilities
  • Offices that value short distances to Munich, but also to nature
  • Manufacturing facilities for development and production that require variably divisible halls
  • Local businesses connected to the location that want to take advantage of the synergies in the business park

Possible distribution of use

The town of Haar is currently implementing the land use plan amendment, thereby laying the foundation for the subsequent development plan procedure. Together with DIBAG, an attractive concept for the project area along Wasserburger Straße is currently being developed.

Quarter 1, in the north-west of the site, will be a complex intended primarily for office use. Almost 55,000 m² of floor space will be available for flexible, divisible, modern office spaces in several buildings. In addition, almost 21,000 m² of hall space is planned.

Outside the city, in the north-east of the site, the focus in Quarter 2 will be on the design of two large, divisible halls, which can be implemented as required on almost 20,000 m². A further 8,500 m² of high-quality office space is allocated to the halls.

  • Mixed-use neighbourhood in two planning phases
  • Use of the north-western area along Wasserburger Straße: commercial, office, hall
  • The industrial park covers more than 81,000 m²
  • Sustainable concept development in line with the circular economy
  • Intensive greening and high quality of life

Deeply rooted for a long time

The Doblinger Group of Companies
in Haar

The Doblinger Group, which also includes DIBAG Industriebau AG, recognised the potential of the location long ago and has since successfully completed several large projects there.

It has owned around 1,500 existing flats in Haar for many years. In recent years, the Gronsdorf district has also seen the development of the ‘Schneiderhof’, a modern residential quarter with 101 residential units, a supermarket and direct S-Bahn connections.

The Jagdfeldzentrum, with its high-rise building visible from afar, a shopping and service centre with a cinema, medical practices and shops, was also developed and implemented by the Doblinger Group.

We are familiar with the local conditions, market conditions and the needs of the community. We implement all our projects in close cooperation with the city administration. With the new ‘Wasserburger Straße – Stadt Haar’ district, we want to pool our experience and commitment in a proven location and thus invest in the future of Haar.

DIBAG Industriebau AG was a partner of the Circular Summit 2025 in Haar.

The Doblinger Group has been growing steadily for over four decades and is now one of the major players in the German residential and commercial property market. The group employs 650 people in the real estate sector and has an annual turnover of approximately EUR 600 million. (As of December 2022)

Sustainably developed corporate structures and sound corporate governance are the reasons why contractors, tenants, cities and municipalities place their trust in the group. Concepts and implementations bear the hallmark of the company’s founder, Alfons Doblinger, who, as CEO, is personally committed to sustainable location development and good product quality.
